memory

Now I forgot most of the vocabularies which I learned before because I seldom used them. I think my memory is worse than before, so sometimes I will think myself is more stupid than I was a high school student. Today I had a little test about my short-term memory. The first type of the test was that the teacher said several numbers which in different speeds in Chinese. The second type of the test was several numbers said in English and in different speeds. Moreover, those letters couldn’t become a word. The last one was that the teacher said several letters of the alphabet. I thought the numbers said in English this one was the most difficult to me. If I listened to several letters at the same time, my brain would turn off automatically. I need to train and improve the capacity of my short-term memory.

The first sentence of your post today is Chinglish, not English. It should say "I have forgotten most of the English vocabulary I learned in high school and during my first two years at STUT, because I seldom use those words". If you seldom use those words, that means that you seldom read English. How can that be? You're and English major. Even if you don't bother to speak or listen to English every day, you should at least read the English newspaper or something in English on the Internet every day. Reading is the best way to keep your vocabulary and the best way to improve it.
